Wendy Harman For Wendy, the naming of Point B Realty is more than just a clever play on words--getting from point a to point b. It represents charting a new course, a new real estate philosophy. Having helped build a successful luxury rental and sales business at one of the island's top real estate firms, Wendy realized there were some key service and support areas whereby a new approach would produce more engaging and satisfying experiences for renters, buyers, and home owners. Drawing on her diverse set of skills honed by 25 years of running corporate branding and marketing departments, online and print publishing companies, and working as one of the top-producing island realtors, she set out to build a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Together, the Point B team combines the best of real estate, property management, concierge and marketing services for the highest level of expertise and service. |

Valerie Hart Valerie Hart's 15 years of real estate and property management experience began in southern California, where she worked for private homeowners and three major real estate developers in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. After becoming a frequent summer visitor to Martha's Vineyard in the 1980's, she moved here year-round in 2002. Valerie brings her diverse skills to Point B Realty, specializing in rentals, sales and property management. Valerie's vast experience makes her the ideal consultant for clients looking to acquire, update and/or outfit their vacation homes to receive the best return on investment. Valerie is an avid sailor and during the summer season, you may find her sailing around the brilliant blue waters of Vineyard Sound aboard the majestic sailboat, Valandia. |

Paula Rego Originally from the Czech Republic, Paula discovered Martha’s Vineyard during one of her travels after graduating from Western Bohemian University in 1994. She fell in love with the island and kept coming back until she met her husband in 1997 and settled down in Oak Bluffs. Paula joined Point B Realty in early 2010 after staying home for several years with her two young children. She is a licensed real estate professional, who brings a lot of experience and enthusiasm in ensuring top-notch service to our valued clients and customers. |

Kristin Buck Kristin made her first venture to Martha's Vineyard in 1995 to work for the summer, while attending nursing school.She was immediately taken with the island and returned for the next two summers, ultimately making it her home in 1998. She spent the next seven years working at an upscale inn and restaurant on the island, where she honed her skills in business operations and management while helping guests plan their perfect vacation or wedding day. Kristin continues to find and appreciate the island . . . "The island is truly a place where your neighbors, friends and even strangers rise up to help those in need". Kristin is an active board member of the Martha's Vineyard Women's Network and lives in West Tisbury with her husband and one-year-old daughter. |

Deb Davis Deb Davis brings the same spirit of discovery, travel and adventure with her to Point B, that first helped her land on these shores in 1973, after falling in love with the island during a weekend visit. For years, she split her time between the Vineyard and Costa Rica, and along the way, becoming a commercial conch fisherperson, the beverage manager of the Edgartown Yacht Club (going on 15 years), raising a daughter, and being an active realtor for the last seven years. She's lived all over the island, and knows its ebb and flow exceptionally well. She enjoys helping rental and sales clients discover their own magic on the island -- along with a perfectly magical property. |

Lianna Loughman Lianna Loughman brings over five years of luxury real estate experience to Point B Realty -- along with the same strong passion and commitment she maintains for her love of the stage and camera. Lianna has lived on the island for the better part of 17 years, after growing up in Western Massachusetts, and a recent stint under the bright lights of Los Angeles. For the past 7 years, Lianna has served the musical choreographer for the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School and has worked on productions shows as Rent, Grease and A Chorus Line. In addition, Lianna is the choreographer for "The Minnesingers", a singing dance troupe that performs both nationally and internationally. Lianna currently lives in Oak Bluffs with her 5-year-old son and in her free time, spends time biking, swimming, player soccer an making sandcastles. Lianna enjoys helping clients -- whether for rentals or sales -- enjoy all the best the island has to offer. |

Guinevere Cramer Guinevere, a native of New York, came to the Vineyard on whim, when her husband was offered a job at an architecture firm on the island in 2004. She immediately fell in love with the island, those who live here, and all the amazing things this special place has to offer. Three months after moving here, she immersed herself in the Vineyard community as a co-host for a local TV morning show, bringing all the local happenings into viewers' homes for a number of years. Her sense of humor and enthusiasm for all things Martha's Vineyard made her a local celebrity. In addition, she worked in the island nonprofit world helping to raise money for our neighbors in need. In 2010, she took a hiatus to have their first child. Guinevere lives in Oak Bluffs with her husband and young daughter. |

Ezra John Sherman Ezra joins Point B Realty as an experienced entrepreneur and sales professional. For more than a decade he honed his skills in New York City where he studied and worked as a sommelier in some of the finest wine cellars. Ezra returned to Martha's Vineyard four years ago and used his culinary, hospitality and brand experience to open Sweet E's Cupcakes, for which is still acts as business consultant. Being born and raised on Martha's Vineyard gives Ezra a unique perspective, depth of knowledge and contacts not easily found. His familiarity with the island community and neighborhoods are key in Ezra's ability to build the ideal island holiday or an effective search for the perfect island home.
