Wendy Harman Recognized as one of the top brokers/agents for overall sales transactions on Martha's Vineyard, Wendy has personally sold over $50 million in real estate since starting Point B Realty just over four years ago. Drawing on her diverse set of skills honed by 25 years of running corporate branding and marketing departments, online and print publishing companies, and working as one of the island's top real estate agents, Wendy set out to create a new, innovative type of brokerage which would deliver a more engaging and satisfying experience for renters, buyers, landlords and sellers. Karen Brown There aren’t many real estate agents on Martha’s Vineyard who can claim to have helped nearly 2,000 families find the perfect vacation rental property but perhaps as the ultimate matchmaker, Karen has done just that. She loves people and loves helping clients find the perfect home to rent or purchase here on the Vineyard. After leaving upstate New York in the mid-90’s with her husband Jeff and their two young children, they moved here full time, raised the kids, and Karen shifted into real estate full time in 2005. She’s had her real estate broker’s license since 2006. |

Stacy Ickes Based on the recommendation of friends, Stacy packed her bags in the early 90’s and left the Midwest, heading for some place called Martha’s Vineyard. She landed here in Edgartown that summer and 20 some years later, she’s still here, still enchanted by this magic place. Stacy moved into real estate in 1996, and has gone on to become a top luxury sales and rental agent on the Vineyard, working at two prominent agencies before joining Point B. She's had her real estate broker's license since 2009. |

Valerie Hart Valerie Hart's 15 years of real estate and property management experience began in southern California, where she worked for private homeowners and three major real estate developers in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. After becoming a frequent summer visitor to Martha's Vineyard in the 1980's, she moved here year-round in 2002. Valerie brings her diverse skills to Point B Realty, specializing in rentals, sales and property management. Valerie's vast experience makes her the ideal consultant for clients looking to acquire, update and/or outfit their vacation homes to receive the best return on investment. Valerie is an avid sailor and during the summer season, you may find her sailing around the brilliant blue waters of Vineyard Sound. |

Kristin Buck Kristin made her first venture to Martha's Vineyard in 1995 to work for the summer, while attending nursing school.She was immediately taken with the island and returned for the next two summers, ultimately making it her home in 1998. She spent the next seven years working at an upscale inn and restaurant on the island, where she honed her skills in business operations and management while helping guests plan their perfect vacation or wedding day. Kristin continues to find and appreciate the island . . . "The island is truly a place where your neighbors, friends and even strangers rise up to help those in need." Kristin is an active board member of the Martha's Vineyard Women's Network and lives in West Tisbury with her husband and one-year-old daughter. |

Ezra John Sherman Ezra joins Point B Realty as an experienced entrepreneur and sales professional. For more than a decade he honed his skills in New York City where he studied and worked as a sommelier in some of the finest wine cellars. Ezra returned to Martha's Vineyard four years ago and used his culinary, hospitality and brand experience to open Sweet E's Cupcakes, for which is still acts as business consultant. Being born and raised on Martha's Vineyard gives Ezra a unique perspective, depth of knowledge and contacts not easily found. His familiarity with the island community and neighborhoods are key in Ezra's ability to build the ideal island holiday or an effective search for the perfect island home.

Amy Coffey Amy landed on Martha’s Vineyard 20 years ago to begin a career in hospitality that ended up taking her to luxury resorts in the Caribbean and other exotic destinations. Her hotel management background led to a position in the Olympic Village in Salt Lake City for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, and thus began her sports management years, where she joined NBC Sports for three more Olympic Games. She’s always maintained a home her, where she is an active member of the community. Now a full-time resident, Amy is involved in many volunteer activities most notably the Martha’s Vineyard Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby. She has a vast knowledge of the island from shore to shore and wonderful ability to match clients and properties. She’s held her real estate license since 2007. |

Paula Rego Originally from the Czech Republic, Paula discovered Martha’s Vineyard during one of her travels after graduating from Western Bohemian University in 1994. She fell in love with the island and kept coming back until she met her husband in 1997 and settled down in Oak Bluffs. Paula joined Point B Realty in early 2010 after staying home for several years with her two young children. She is a licensed real estate professional, who brings a lot of experience and enthusiasm in ensuring top-notch service to our valued clients and customers. |

Guinevere Cramer Guinevere, a native of New York, came to the Vineyard on whim, when her husband was offered a job at an architecture firm on the island in 2004. She immediately fell in love with the island, those who live here, and all the amazing things this special place have to offer. Three months after moving here, she immersed herself in the Vineyard community as a co-host for a local TV morning show, bringing all the local happenings into viewers' homes for a number of years. Her sense of humor and enthusiasm for all things Martha's Vineyard made her a local celebrity. In addition, she worked in the island nonprofit world helping to raise money for our neighbors in need. In 2010, she took a hiatus to have their first child. Guinevere lives in Oak Bluffs with her husband and two young children. |
