Julie Anne comes to Point B after a 24 year career in philanthropy services and strategy at Harvard Business School, Wellesley College, INSEAD, Tulane, and many other organizations across the nonprofit sector.
Her global network exposed her to extraordinary properties around the world, and her interest in real estate grew in tandem with her service to the sector. Drawing on and leveraging that background, Julie Anne is looking forward to bringing people and opportunities together for Point B.
Julie Anne began coming to the Vineyard in the 1980’s, working with the Black Dog sailing family, and as a caretaker for some up-Island marquee properties. She worked in a variety of summer jobs during college and graduate school, her love of the Island growing with each year.
A devotee of the wooden boat building community, Julie Anne is a great admirer of Gannon & Benjamin shipyard, and she cares deeply about all of the working Island harbors. A former horse trainer, she also deeply appreciates the strong agricultural roots that continue to thrive on Island.
Now an Island resident for the last eight years, Julie Anne lives in Vineyard Haven with her three dogs: Raul, Max, and Sophie, and enjoys tending her garden of over 100 different rose varietals, plus many peonies, hydrangeas, lavender, and flowering trees.
