A trio of windows with built-in seating frames the Dining Area. The sunny views look at over the back yard areas.

The nicely-equipped Gourmet Kitchen has a center prep island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, farmer's sink and white quartz counters. There are hardwood floors, coastal shiplap, v-groove, and beadboard touches throughout the home. One of the four Bedrooms is also on the first floor. It has a private en suite bath.
