This luxurious Katama Compound is all new for summer 2024 with a complete reimagining of and renovation throughout the Main House. The Compound unwinds across five private acres near South Beach and includes a deluxe Pool House, large heated pool with patio, and a private pickleball and tennis court.

The new first floor features a Great Room with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling with beams and is anchored by a two-story fieldstone fireplace. It has sofa seating, large screen TV, and two walls of glass windows and French doors. It opens to the Dining Area and Chef's Kitchen. The Dining Area is framed by a built-in service bar with wine refrigerator and sink.

The large Cook's Kitchen has two center prep islands, one with a breakfast bar. The Kitchen is nicely outfitted with commercial stainless appliances, including two dishwashers, two sinks, and a large Wolf range. There is a separate walk-in pantry. Also on the first floor, there is a Sitting Room just off the Dining Area, that has coffered ceiling, brick floor, stone fireplace, sofa and chair seating, plus three walls of glass windows and French doors. There is also an open TV/Family Room with sofa and TV.

All of the bedrooms, including the Primary are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, sitting area, and deluxe Bath. On this end of the house, there are two other Bedrooms that share a full Bath. A second Primary Bedroom that has its own set of stairs and private en suite Bath.

Outdoor living and entertaining is centered around the pool and Pool House. The heated gunite pool with PebbleTec finish is 20 by 45-feet, and runs in depth from 3.5-feet in the shallow end to 9-feet in the deep end. There are large steps, plus bench seating in the pool. It has a large bluestone patio surround with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The entire pool area is surrounded and secured by a fence.

The hard surface Tennis Court is just beyond the Pool Area. It can be set up for tennis or pickleball, and also has two half-court basketball areas. There is a new wood-burning fire pit area with Adirondack chairs located back by the tennis court and Pool House.

The luxury compound sits privately at the end of a lightly traveled street in the heart of Katama. The Katama Kitchen is a short five-minute walk away, there is easy access to the bike path at the end of the road, and South Beach is just about a mile away.

POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. There is a heating surcharge of $250/week in June and September, and if open, a $350/week heating surcharge in May and October. Please inquire.
