Point B Exclusive - This modern Farmhouse near South Beach has been luxuriously renovated with nice touches throughout the Main House, connected Carriage House, and outdoor spaces.
The first floor of the Main House features a hub of interconnected living and entertaining areas, including a Living Room, TV/Family Room, Lounge, and large Cook's Kitchen. Both the Living Room and Family Room have seating and large screen TVs. The Chef Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, Dining Area, and two prep counter/breakfast bars. The Kitchen also opens into the Lounge Area for easy entertaining. There is a bar area with both a wine refrigerator and a beverage refrigerator, plus sofa and chair seating.
The Primary Bedroom is also on the first floor with a deluxe en suite bath, and a separate Office Area. The four other Main House Bedrooms are all upstair and share two full Baths. The sixth Bedroom is on the second floor of the connected Carriage House. It has its own private en suite bath, plus a mini fridge and Keurig coffeemaker.
The outdoor space is designed for entertaining. Glass doors open from the TV/Family Room out to two large stone patios. One hosts the outdoor Living and Dining Area, with sofa seating, table and chairs. The other patio has an outdoor built-in Kitchen with bar seating, grilling and prep areas, plus a sink and under counter refrigerator. The compound sits on over two acres with large front and backyards. The bike path is literally at the end of the driveway, and South Beach is a short bike ride away.
