"Beachy Keen" is just that -- very beachy and fresh, with coastal colors and styling throughout.
This 4-bedroom beach house in the Vineyard Meadow Farm area near Long Point Beach, has new kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms, plus new furniture, floors and paint throughout. (2013)
The new open Gourmet Kitchen and Dining area feature prep island/breakfast bar, granite counters, Jenn Air stainless appliances, sunny Dining Area and sliding door to the deck for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The Living Room has two sitting areas, one anchored around TV/Media center, the other near a sliding door that opens to a second deck. Also on the first floor, a full shared bath with walk-in shower tiled in beach stone.
Three of the Bedrooms are on the second floor and share another full bath with tub and shower. The fourth Bedroom is on the lower level.
A large new deck has been added off the kitchen/dining area. Beachy Keen is has nice grounds and gardens, and enjoys privacy from the surrounding oak trees.
Long Point Beach is just over two miles away
