The Living Area has sectional seating, club chair, built-in shelving, and large screen TV, plus there is a Service Bar with sink, beverage refrigerator, and barware. Sliding glass doors open from the Living Area to the back deck for outdoor entertaining. The Dining and Kitchen Areas, are framed by two walls of glass windows. The new Cook's Kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances -- including an induction range -- and breakfast bar.

There is also a TV/Family Room on the first floor as well as one of two Primary Bedrooms. The first floor Primary has a deluxe en suite Bath with a door that opens to the outdoor shower.
