The Living Room has vaulted ceilings and seating. In one direction, it opens to a TV/Family Room, and in the other, the Dining and Kitchen Areas. The Kitchen has a breakfast bar and granite counters. Just off the open Dining Area, there is a bright Sunroom with vaulted ceiling, sofa seating, three walls of glass windows, and a door to the back deck for outdoor dining. The TV/Family Room has media center with large screen TV and seating.
One of the four Bedrooms and a shared full bath are also on the first floor. The Primary Bedroom and the other two Bedrooms are upstairs. They share a full bath. The deck looks over the backyard and is set up for outdoor entertaining. The bike path is at the end of the road. The Katama Store is nearby and South Beach is about two miles away.
