The fully-equipped Chef Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, including a large range with ovens. There is a center prep island/breakfast bar, and lots of room to prep in.

The property also enjoys access to both Oyster Pond and a private south shore ocean beach. The Pond is great for kayaking and stand up paddle board. The sandy barrier beach offers both calm pond water on one side, and surfy waves on the ocean side.
