The first floor features an open Kitchen and Lounge/Family Room for easy vacation entertaining. The new Kitchen with its granite counters, prep island/breakfast bar, and stainless appliances opens to the lounge area with bar, flatscreen TV, fireplace, and lounge seating.
Also on the first floor, a separate Living Room and Dining Area, one of the twin bedrooms, and a Laundry Room.
There are two Master Bedroom Suites, each with their own private bath with tub and shower. One is also located on the first floor, and the second master suite has just been added with its own private stairway on the second floor. The other two second-floor Bedrooms share two full baths, both with showers.
There is a large, fenced backyard and a deck for outdoor entertaining.
NOTE: Linens will be included in 2022 season but not 2021.
