This luxury compound has it all. Stylish detailing and designer touches throughout include vintage reclaimed floors, raised paneling, and beadboard in both the Main House and Carriage House, as well as indoor and outdoor Living Rooms, plus large gunite pool and spa with stone patios.
The Main House features a Chef's Kitchen with granite counters, center prep island/breakfast bar, deluxe commercial appliances, wine refrigerator, butler's pantry with prep area, and mini-refrigerator. A separate Sunroom/Lounge area with seating and large screen TV opens off the Kitchen, and then out to the pool area.
The formal Dining Area opens to a large Living Area with fireplace, large screen TV, and French doors that open to the covered outdoor Living Room Portico with brick floor, fireplace, and wicker furniture. Back inside, there is a Study with another fireplace and French doors that also open to the Portico. The first floor also has two half baths and a Laundry Room.
The four bedrooms in the Main House are all located on the second level. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, built-in window seats, and French doors that open out to a large mahogany deck that overlooks the Pool area. The deluxe Primary Bath has double marble vanity and glass walk-in shower. The second Primary Bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, vintage beams, en suite bath, plus French doors to a private mahogany deck with lounge chairs and pool views. The two other Bedrooms share a full bath. One of the Bedrooms (#3) also has French doors that open to the mahogany deck shared with the Primary Bedroom.
The Carriage House suite has its own entrance, bedroom with sitting area, and en suite bath on the second floor. The lower level has a Game Room with ping pong table. The Pool area is really its own living and entertaining space, with multiple seating, sunning, lounging, dining, and fire pit areas.
