The Main House features a Chef's Kitchen with granite counters, center prep island/breakfast bar, deluxe commercial appliances, wine refrigerator, butler's pantry with prep area, and mini-refrigerator. A separate Sunroom/Lounge area with seating and large screen TV opens off the Kitchen, and then out to the pool area.

The formal Dining Area opens to a large Living Area with fireplace, large screen TV, and French doors that open to the covered outdoor Living Room Portico with brick floor, fireplace, and wicker furniture. Back inside, there is a Study with another fireplace and French doors that also open to the Portico. The first floor also has two half baths and a Laundry Room.

The four bedrooms in the Main House are all located on the second level.
