Heritage Haven at Nashawena Park

Heritage Haven is a historic Oak Bluffs home on Nashawena Park, that has just been completely renovated and upgraded with deluxe amenities throughout, while maintaining its vintage charm. From its in-town location, Inkwell Beach and downtown OB are a short walk away.

The light and bright first floor features a modern layout with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has sofa and chair seating with large screen TV. The Dining Area opens to the Living Area on one side, and the new Gourmet Kitchen on the other. The Kitchen is nicely-equipped with stainless appliances and stone counters. One of the two Bedrooms with en suite Baths is also on the first floor. The other Bedroom Suite, plus the third Bedroom, plus an open Office Area with desk and sleeper sofa and a shared full Bath are on the second floor.

The lower level TV/Family Room has been outfitted with a sectional sofa, large screen TV, and game table. There is a large fenced backyard with outdoor Dining Area with table and chairs, grilling area, a Solo Stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a corn hole game set up. There is also a welcoming covered front porch with rocking chairs. Nashawaena Park is across the street. Circuit Avenue and downtown Oak Bluffs is nearby, as is Inkwell Beach.
