It features a modern floor plan with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area is framed by a wall of glass windows and has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, large screen TV, and sofa and chair seating. The Dining Area and Kitchen open off the Living Area. The Kitchen is nicely equipped for vacation entertaining and has a breakfast bar. A sliding door opens to the large wraparound mahogany back deck for outdoor dining and grilling.

The sunny Primary Bedroom is also on the first floor. It has vaulted ceilings and skylight. There is a full shared bath just across the hall. The other two Bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bath.
