This spacious home, located just outside Edgartown Village on the way to South Beach, is beautifully landscaped for privacy and outdoor entertaining with its large heated pool and hot tub.
The open main floor layout features a two-story Living Room with vaulted ceiling and beach stone fireplace. The adjacent Chef's Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar and casual dining area. There is also a formal Dining Room and TV/Family Room with large screen TV. French doors from the Living area open out to a large, poolside mahogany deck with fireplace and outdoor dining for six.
The second floor Bedroom suites all have full baths. The Master Suite also has a soaking tub. On the lower level, there is addition sleeping space in the Family Room plus a Fitness Room.
NOTE: Use of garage is not included with rental. It is kept locked by the owner.
