The formal Dining Room opens off the Living Room/Den Areas. Like the Living Room, it feature coffered ceilings and heart pine floors.

A fully-equipped Butler Pantry with wet bar sits between the Dining Room and the deluxe Kitchen. The Chef Kitchen features commercial appliances, mahogany-topped center prep island/breakfast bar with wine refrigerator, and granite counters.

Just off the Kitchen is a Lounge/Sunroom with wrapped with three walls of glass windows and French doors that open to the pool area. There is a casual Dining Area and lounge seating.
