This Modern Beach House features luxurious indoor-outdoor living in the heart of Katama, with open living and entertaining spaces inside that flow out to a large back deck for outdoor dining, lounging, and entertaining.

Most of the indoor living spaces -- including four of the five bedrooms -- are on the first floor of the house. It features a grand Living Area with vaulted ceiling with beams, framed by a two-story wall of windows and French doors that open out to the deck. The room is anchored by a fireplace and large screen TV with sectional sofa seating.

The Living Area connects to the large open Kitchen and Dining Area. The Dining Area has vaulted ceiling with beams, a wall of glass with French doors that open to the deck, and gas fireplace with built-ins. The fully-equipped Cook's Kitchen sits between the Dining Area and Living Area. It features a large center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and quartz counters, and Lounge Area. Like The Living and Dining Areas, there is a wall of glass windows and door that open out to the back deck for outdoor dining and entertaining. 

There is additional entertaining and work space in the separate TV/Family Room with large screen TV and desk work area. Four of the five Bedrooms are also located on the first floor. All of the Bedrooms feature private en suite baths and TVs. The Primary Bedroom also has its own French door that opens out to the back deck by the fire pit area. The fifth Bedroom enjoys the privacy of being the only bedroom on the second floor. It has its own stairway off the side entrance.

Outdoor living centers around the large mahogany deck with dining, grilling, and lounging areas. There is a large table with umbrella for outdoor dining, sun lounge chairs, and a seating area with gas fire pit. From its central Katama location, South Beach is about two miles away, downtown Edgartown is about a mile away, and the bike path is at the end of the road.
