Tucked away on 8 private acres in the prestigious Oyster Pond enclave, this renovated Luxury Retreat features indoor-outdoor living, and access to Oyster Pond and its private association south shore beach (accessible only by boat).

The first floor has open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, framed by a wall of glass windows and doors that open to the large, sunny deck and a screened porch.

The Living Area has vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and multiple seating areas. The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and Kitchen for easy entertaining. The Chef's Kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, center prep island, breakfast bar, marble counters, and wine refrigerator.

There is also a TV/Family Room with media center and large screen TV, as well as one of the four Bedrooms and a shared full bath.

The other three Bedrooms, all with en suite baths, are upstairs on the second level. The deluxe Primary Bedroom has its own private deck with seating and awning, as well as a luxurious Primary Bath with double vanity and walk-in glass shower.

The house is about half a mile from the Oyster Pond boat launch. The Pond itself is great for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. The private association barrier beach is across the pond and only reachable by boat. Point B can help arrange for boat or other watercraft rentals. Please inquire.

You will feel worlds away, but downtown Edgartown is only about 10 minutes away. The bike path, the airport, and Morning Glory Farm are nearby as well.
