This modern post and beam farmhouse features coastal country style throughout the Main House and separate Carriage House.
The Main House has an open floor plan with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The light-filled Living Area has has beamed ceilings and is wrapped by two walls of windows and a wall with four sets of French Doors. There is sectional seating with large screen TV. The Dining and Kitchen Areas open off the Living Area and feature vaulted beamed ceilings.  The Dining Area is framed by a pair of French doors, while the Gourmet Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar. There are stainless appliances and stone counters.
Two of the four Bedrooms are also on the first floor. The Primary has its own wing with vaulted ceilings and private en suite Bath. Upstairs, the other two Bedrooms share a full Bath, and there is a TV Room with sofa seating as well. The separate Carriage House has a full Kitchen, Living Area with sofa, plus a second floor open loft-style Sleeping Area with vaulted ceilings, and private Bath.
Outdoor entertaining centers around the large wraparound deck on the Main House with sofa, coffee table, Adirondack chairs, and dining table. The bike path is at the end of the driveway. The Katama General Store is nearby, and downtown Edgartown is about half a mile away, while South Beach is about two and a half miles.
