Just off the Kitchen is a Lounge/Sunroom with wrapped with three walls of glass windows and French doors that open to the pool area. There is a casual Dining Area and lounge seating.
Four of the five Bedrooms are upstairs, including two Primary Bedrooms, both with vaulted ceilings,  en suite baths, and doors that open to the second floor decks. The two other Bedrooms share a full Bath.
The fifth Bedroom, with en suite bath, is located on the lower level. There is also a TV/Family Room and a Game Room with Billiard table on the lower level. There is gigabit tier internet access, Apple TVs, and Sonos sound system.
Outdoor living and entertaining is centered around the heated gunite pool and hot tub spa. There is a large bluestone patio with lounging and dining areas. There is also a portico area with outdoor Living Room with seating and wood-burning fireplace.

NOTE: Pool is heated to 80 degrees. It is 16 by 28-feet, and the depth runs from 4-feet to 8-feet.
