From the pool, a large mahogany screened porch with swing and wicker furniture leads into the house, with French doors connecting to the Dining Room, Living Room, and first-floor Bedroom.
The Dining Room with antique plank table and benches is anchored by a wall of windows. The Cook"s Kitchen is fully-equipped with a Wolf 4-burner, Sub Zero side by side refrigerator, butcher block prep island, butler pantry, and bay window eating area. Also on the first floor is the Living Room with fireplace, library with writing desk window nook, and one of the four Bedrooms, all with en suite baths.
The bright and airy Primary Bedroom has cathedral ceilings, love seat, soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, and a large private mahogany deck that overlooks the pool. The two additional Bedrooms, plus a study with hidden flat screen TV, are also on the second floor.
MEDIA & GAME ROOM
The entire lower level has been transformed into a giant Media and Game Room. There is a Home Theatre that features a 6 x 12-foot projection screen with built-in sound system plus sectional lounge seating.
