There is luxurious design and styling throughout the compound. The Main House features a stunning two-story Great Room with Living and Dining Areas, fireplace, and concealed media center. French doors open from the Great Room to a brick portico with outdoor fireplace, lounge and casual dining areas.
A fully-equipped Chef's Kitchen also opens to the Great Room. It features center prep island/breakfast bar, granite counters, stainless commercial appliances, and butler's pantry with wet bar and additional prep areas.
The first floor also features nicely appointed formal Living and Dining Rooms, plus laundry area and half bath. There is a first-floor Sonos sound system as well, that extends to the brick porch.
There are five deluxe bedroom suites throughout the compound (four in the Main House, one in the Carriage House). They all feature private baths with glass walk-in showers. The Primary Bedroom also has its own soaking tub, plus a private mahogany deck. One of the other second-floor suites (#2) also has its own mahogany deck.
One of the Bedroom suites (#3) occupies the entire third floor, and features two sitting areas, in addition to the bedroom and en suite bath.
The second-floor Carriage House Suite has an open Living and Sleeping area, en suite bath, and a private mahogany deck. Downstairs, there is pool cabana and half bath.
The 12x22-foot PebbleTec gunite heated saltwater pool with bluestone patio, is located between the Main House and Carriage House. The grounds are nicely manicured and the pool area and backyard have a large privet hedge for privacy.
The Compound sits in an ideal in-town location, with all of downtown, with its restaurants, shops, and harbor, only a short walk away.

POOL NOTE: 2-Week Rental Minimum. Pool heat is set to 85 degrees. Additional charges apply for higher temperatures. There is an additional $250/week charge for pool heat in June and September.
