The four-bedroom Main House has open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has seating with a media center, and a door opens to a backyard patio for outdoor dining. The Kitchen is nicely equipped for vacation entertaining.
One of the four Bedrooms is also on the first floor and has vaulted ceilings with skylights. The other three Bedrooms -- also with vaulted ceilings and skylights -- are upstairs, and share a second full bath.
There is a new Media Room on the lower level, with large screen TV and sectional seating.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom Guest Cottage suite sits on the other side of the patio. It features an open loft-style design, with sleeping area, media center, and a small refrigerator.
Both the Main House and Guest Cottage are surrounded by nicely manicured grounds and gardens. The outdoor spaces include the patio with outdoor dining table, and a front farmer's porch on the Main House.
Downtown Edgartown, with its restaurants, shops and harbor, is a short bike ride or stroll away.
NOTE: November through April the guest house is closed down and only the main house is available (4 bedrooms with 2 full baths).
