One of the great porches of Edgartown is your front row seat to the Village. The Grand Porch is a vintage colonial that has just been completely renovated throughout.
In addition to the delightful wrap-around porch, there is a separate covered porch for outdoor dining and a second story deck for entertaining.
Inside, there is room to entertain as well, with a formal Living Room with media center, a Sitting Room with media center, a large formal Dining Room, and new Gourmet Kitchen, which has stainless appliances, center island/breakfast bar, and stone counters. A door opens to the side covered porch for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The first floor Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with tub and shower.  The other four bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom with shower. There is also a TV/Family Room with media center, and doors that open to the second floor deck for outdoor entertaining.
A separate Guest House has one-Bedroom Suite with a queen bed, Kitchenette, Living area, and Bathroom, and may be available for an additional $2,500 a week. Please inquire.
In addition to the porches, both the side and backyards are a good size. The Grand Porch Colonial makes an ideal family home base for enjoying all of Edgartown Village with its restaurants, shops, harbor and beaches.
