The other three Bedrooms are also on the second floor. One has a private en suite bath, while the other two Bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with with double vanity and glass walk-in shower.
There is also a TV/Family Room on this level, with sectional seating and media center. The entire third floor is an open Lounge with seating, gaming, media, and bar areas. There are distant water views as well.
The outdoor space centers around the 28 by 13-foot heated, saltwater pool. It has a bluestone surround with sun/lounge area, plus a second patio with outdoor dining area. The nearby covered portico has outdoor seating and a wood burning fireplace.
The house enjoys easy access to the two in-town beaches, as well as the harbor, shops, and all of the restaurants in Edgartown Village.
