A grand hallway connects to a separate Bar/Lounge Area and Sun Room, plus a TV/Family Room with Media Center. A Sonos sound system runs throughout the first floor.
The open Living and Dining Areas feature a number of dramatic appointments, including vintage granite fireplace, walls of glass windows and sliding doors. The Chef's Kitchen has vaulted ceilings, skylights, commercial appliances, stainless steel and concrete counters, reclaimed Hemlock siding, and large center prep island/breakfast bar. Doors open out to one of the covered porches as well as the patio for outdoor entertaining and dining.
Four of the five Bedrooms suites, as well as the Laundry Room, are upstairs on the second floor. The deluxe Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceilings, separate dressing room, and Primary Bath with double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Sliding doors from the bedroom open to a shared deck (with suite #2) that has distant water views of Eel Pond and Nantucket Sound. The other three second floor Bedrooms all have private en suite baths with glass walk-in showers. The fifth Bedroom is on the third floor. It enjoys distant water views and has an en suite bath with glass walk-in shower.
The home sits at the end of a quiet lane, with easy walking access to Fuller Street Beach. All of downtown Edgartown, with restaurants, shops, attractions and harbor, is only a few blocks away.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 82 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. There is a weekly pool heating surcharge at other times if the pool is open. Please inquire. New pictures of the pool, hot tub and patio will be added after the pool is open for the season.
NOTE: There is a separate detached Guest House that is not included in the rental.
