Inside dining can be enjoyed casually at the breakfast bar/prep island, or more formally in the Dining Area nook. The Chef's Kitchen is fully equipped with commercial Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and stone countertops. The Primary Bedroom Suite is also on the top floor and features four-poster bed, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and full bath with walk-in glass shower.
One of the two Suites on the first floor of The Lighthouse has harbor views, both have full baths with walk-in glass showers. Also on this level, the twin bedroom, and Media Room/Den with large screen TV, built-ins, day bed trundle, and sweeping harbor views. There is also a separate wet bar service area with sink, under-counter refrigerator, and built-in shelving. A door opens a stairway down to the dockside deck.
Outside, there is a dockside mahogany deck with outdoor waterfront seating and grilling area. All of Edgartown Village is literally steps away, with its restaurants, shops, and beaches.
PARKING NOTE: There is a shared parking area and there are two spots for the Lighthouse.

Great House!
"I've stayed at other waterfront homes (rented thru Point B) in Edgartown, but this one is literally right on the water. It's a great house!"
