The main Great Room features vaulted ceilings and with open Living and Dining areas. A well-equipped Gourmet Kitchen anchors one end of the room, for easy entertaining. 
The Primary Bedroom suite has vaulted ceilings, full bathroom with tub and shower, and doors that open to a private deck with water views of the Edgartown Great Pond. The three other Bedrooms share two full bathrooms. One of those bedrooms (#4) is attached to the house but has its own separate, private entrance.
GOLF CART NOTE: While cars cannot park at the private association beach, golf carts can. The owner has an optional golf cart that can be rented to go to the beach and get around the farm. The additional charge for the golf cart is $500/week and must be reserved in advance. Please inquire. 
POOL NOTE: Pool is only heated by the summer sun. There is no supplemental heat source.
