The Gourmet Cook's Kitchen serves as the entertainment hub, opening to both the Living and Dining Areas. The fully-equipped kitchen has a prep island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and stainless Electrolux commercial appliances. Both the Dining and Living areas open to a large screened porch with outdoor bar and wine refrigerator.
There is also a first floor Primary Bedroom, that has pool views, and a deluxe Primary Bath with double vanity, soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. The rest of the bedrooms are split between the second floor and lower level. Upstairs, a second Primary Bedroom connects to a semi-private full bath with glass walk-in shower. The bathroom has a second door that opens to the TV/Family Room. The two other second floor bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower. The large TV/Family Room has vaulted ceiling, media center with seating, and work area.
