The Country Cape enjoys a unique 5-acre meadow setting in Katama, tucked away between farmland, conservation land, and some horse farms.
The house has two connecting wings, and many of the rooms enjoy open vista views out across the nearly 50-acres of surrounding meadows and Muskody Farm. The main living space has an open design with Living and Dining Areas, plus a large Gourmet country Kitchen with prep counter/breakfast bar, and stainless appliances. Also on the first floor, there is a TV/Family Room, Game Room with foosball, laundry room, as well as two of the five bedrooms, and two full shared baths.
The Primary Bedroom has its own private second-floor wing and stairs, Primary Bath with soaking tub and shower, plus a separate sitting area. There are two separate decks and outdoor spaces, one for dining and grilling, the other for lounging and relaxing. There is also a fire pit.
The Country Cape sits just off the bike path and is equidistant to South Beach and Edgartown Village. Separate two-bedroom Guest House can also be rented with Main House. Please inquire.
