The house has an open second floor of living space that features a light-filled Living Area with two-story vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors that open out to a large wraparound deck. The Dining Area and Kitchen open off the Living Area, where another pair of sliding doors open to the deck as well, and overlook the pool area. The Gourmet Kitchen is nicely equipped with new stainless appliances, prep counter/breakfast bar, and quartz counters.
One of the three Bedroom suites is also located on the second level. Bedroom #2 has vaulted ceilings, en suite bath, plus a door opens out to the wraparound deck. The Primary Bedroom occupies the entire third floor. It has a private deck that overlooks the pool area, plus an en suite bath with skylights.
The other two Bedrooms are on the first floor. One is a suite with sliding doors that open to a covered deck area and side gardens, the other is separated from the TV/Family Room with a set of French doors. The TV/Family Room has a media center with large screen TV, as well as sliding doors out to the covered deck and pool area.
The 18x40-foot heated saltwater liner pool has a bluestone stone patio, plus a built-in fire pit area with seating. South Beach is less than a mile away, and the bike path is nearby, making the beach or the Katama Kitchen restaurant only a short bike ride away.
There is a baby crib (smaller freestanding standing unit, not a portable) plus wooden high chair.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Heat is included in July and August. There is an additional pool heat surcharge of $500/week in June and September, if the pool is open. Please inquire.
