The large TV/Family Room also opens off the Kitchen. It has vaulted ceiling with beams, two walls of glass windows, large screen TV, and sectional seating.
There is a grand first floor Primary Bedroom wing with office, French doors that open to the deck and pool area, plus a deluxe Primary Bath. All the other Bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Three of the four have private en suite baths, and the fourth Bedroom is near a large shared bath.
On the lower level there is a Media Room with seating and large screen TV plus a Game Room with foosball and air hockey.
Outdoor entertaining and relaxing centers around the pool, patio, decks, and Pool House. The heated saltwater pool is 18 by 38-feet. It has a separate, raised 7 by 10-foot spa. The large backyard deck has a retractable awning, with lounge and dining areas. The Down Harbor private waterfront is a five or 10 minute walk or bike ride. There is a private sandy association beach on Katama Bay, and an association dock that can be used as a pick up point (only).

POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. There is an additional weekly heating surcharge at other times if the pool is open.
DOCK/BEACH NOTE: Down Harbor dock is only available for pick ups or drop offs. Renters are not allowed to tie up. But kayaks or paddle boards may be pulled up off the beach.
