Recently refreshed with new furniture and paint, the main floor features an open Living and Dining layout that connects with a Gourmet Kitchen. There is a Lounge/Media Room with big screen TV that opens to the Kitchen. Sliding doors from the Lounge open to the front yard and back patio.
The Cook's Kitchen has a large center cooking island with breakfast bar. The Kitchen opens to the Dining Room for easy entertaining. There is also a formal Living Room and a Game Room/Family Room.
There is a first-floor Primary Bedroom with en suite bath. The other two Bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bath with tub and shower. Entertaining and living spaces expand nicely outdoors from the lounge area, there is a brick patio with seating, and large backyard with play structure.
The Kitt's Field Retreat is equal distance between Edgartown Village and South Beach, and just a short bike ride to Morning Glory Farm. Hot Tub is not available for tenant use.
