The first floor of the Main House features a modern layout with open Living Room and Sun Room, and an open Dining Area, and Cook's Kitchen. The Living Room is centered around a brick fireplace and large screen TV with sofa seating and club chairs. The Sun Room opens right off the Living Room, and features three walls of glass windows. It provides additional seating and entertaining space.
Around the corner from the Living Room is the Dining and Kitchen Area. On one side of the space, the Dining Area is framed by two walls of glass windows. The Chef's Kitchen anchors the other side of the room. The fully-equipped Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, commercial stainless appliances, and granite counters.
One of two Primary Bedrooms is also on the first floor. It has vaulted ceilings and a deluxe Primary Bath. The other Primary Bedroom is upstairs. It has vaulted ceilings, a private deck with outdoor seating, and en suite bath. Two other Bedrooms on the second level, share a full bath. The fifth Bedroom is in the connected Carriage House. Stairs from the Entryway/Mud Room lead up to the open second-floor loft-style Living/Sleeping space. There is an en suite bath, plus a private deck that overlooks the Pool Area. 
The Outdoor Entertaining and Pool Areas feature two bluestone patios. Just off the back of the house, the first patio has Dining, Lounging, and Grilling Areas, while the second stone patio rings the pool. There are sun loungers and sofa seating there as well. The heated 18 by 36-foot saltwater gunite pool runs in depths from 3-feet to 7-feet, and it features a large built-in pool seating bench. NOTE: the waterfall hot tub is decorative only. It is not heated and the jets are not turned on.
The Preserve is centrally located in Oak Bluffs, just across the street from the Farm Neck Golf Club. Downtown OB, Vineyard Haven, and Edgartown, are all easily accessible. The bike path is at the entrance to The Preserve.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 82 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. There is a heating surcharge of $350/week in June and September. The waterfall hot tub is decorative and not heated nor are the jets on. Fireplace in the Living Room is not available for summer use.
