A set of barn doors in the Kitchen opens to the Den. A wall of glass doors and transom windows opens from the Den to the front entryway. The Sleeping Den is set up with a Full Size Day Bed. The first floor also has a full shared bathroom.
The Primary Bedroom Suite and the two other Bedrooms are all upstairs, and all have deluxe private en suite baths. There is a lower level TV/Family Room that has large screen TV with built-ins, sofa seating, and a bar area with stools. The room is well-stocked with board games as well.
Outside entertaining revolves around the 18 by 32-foot heated pool. There are sun lounge areas, a dining table with umbrella, a grilling area, and an outdoor living area with sofa. From its central Oak Bluffs location, downtown is only a short ride away.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. In June and September, there is a $300/week heating surcharge for the pool heat. Living Room fireplace is not for renter use.
