The second-floor main living space features a Great Room with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas that are framed by vaulted ceilings with beams. The Living Area is at one end of the space with seating, brick fireplace, and TV. The Kitchen and Dining Area is at the other end. There are two large decks with outdoor dining and seating that enjoys the views across the open farmlands.
Barn doors off the Living Area open to the Primary Bedroom. It has a built-in seating area and private en suite bath. The other two Bedrooms are downstairs and share a full Bath. There is also a TV/Family Room on the first floor, as well as a screened porch with seating and an open deck area.
With its prime Katama location, the bike path is at the end of the street, and South Beach is a short bike ride away. There is a private walking path to South Beach just off the driveway.
