The separate Gourmet Kitchen also has water views, vaulted ceiling with beams, center prep island/breakfast bar, plus a Dining Area wrapped by three walls of glass window and French door with views out across the water.
Two of the four Bedrooms are also on the first floor. The Primary Bedroom has vaulted ceiling and is anchored by a wall of water-facing windows. Both Bedrooms have private en suite baths. The other two Bedrooms are up on the second floor. One has a private en suite bath with water views and the other has a full hall bath near by.
The house is nicely set back up on a knoll with a large grassy backyard with panoramic water views. There is a covered porch and patio area with outdoor Dining and Grilling Areas. There is a set up stairs across the yard that leads down to the private 150-foot beach on the calm waters of Lagoon Pond near Eastville Beach. From its convenient Lagoon Pond location, both downtown Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs, are a short five or 10 minute drive away. Brand new bike paths are also nearby that lead into Vineyard Haven.
