The first floor features a sunny Living Room with vaulted ceiling, skylights, and two-and-a-half story wall of windows and French doors that open out to a mahogany deck, stone patios, and pool area.

The Dining Area also looks out toward the pool, and opens into a newly renovated Cook s Kitchen that has been outfitted with granite counters, marble prep island, and stainless appliances.

There is a first-floor Master Bedroom suite with private full bath. Also on the first floor is a TV/Family Room with media center, sofa and window seat. The other three Bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full Bath with tub and shower.

The heated 18 by 27-foot gunite "sports" pool is 3-feet deep on either end and 6-feet deep in the middle. It is surrounded by three stone patios for outdoor entertaining and relaxing, while the mahogany deck is the perfect spot for outdoor dining.

POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees and included in July and August. Tenants will be billed separately if heat is turned up. Pool is shallow on both ends, and 6-feet deep in the middle. Pool heat in June and September is an additional $250/week, and $300/week in May and October. Please inquire.
