The Main Cottage houses the shared living spaces, including an open Living and Dining Area with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, framed by a west-facing wall of glass sliding doors that open to a wraparound deck. There is also a nicely-equipped Kitchen with stainless appliances, a Bedroom with sliding doors to the deck, a full bath with tub and shower, and a laundry closet.
The separate Guest Cottage has the Primary Bedroom with its large window seat and full bath with tub and shower. The cottages connect via the wraparound mahogany deck. The deck has entertaining and dining areas and enjoys views of the surrounding woodlands. The Chappy Cottages on North Neck are about two miles from the Chappy ferry.
