The Cottage has an open design first floor featuring Living and Dining Areas with vaulted ceiling and skylights, plus Kitchen. One of the two bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower, is also on the first floor. An open stairway leads to the second floor bedroom with half bath. Window air conditioning units are in the bedrooms only.
The Cottage sits on 5-acres, and has a large farmers porch with views looking out across the nearly 50-acres of meadows and farmland. There is also a fire pit. The bike path is across the street. A separate five bedroom house can also be rented for a larger compound. Please inquire.
