The first floor features a sun-filled open layout for easy entertaining and relaxation, with a Living Area with gas fireplace and large screen TV. The well-appointed Kitchen has prep counter/breakfast bar and stainless appliances. The Dining Area sits between the Kitchen and Living Area. It has French doors that open to a large porch (with screens or glass panels, depending on the season) with both a dining table and sitting area. There is also an expansive south-facing deck with dining, grilling and lounging areas.

There are two Primary Bedrooms. The first-floor Primary Bedroom opens to a shared full bath, while the second-floor Primary Bedroom has a private office and en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The two other second-floor Bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and share a full bath with tub and shower.

NEW FOR SUMMER 2024 - The lower level has been completely transformed and redesigned. There is a new TV Lounge Area with large sectional sofa and 80-inch TV, a new workspace with desk, plus a new area with game table.

The Whale House is surrounded by a large, flat yard, with croquet and bocce sets for outdoor entertainment. Long Point Beach is located just a mile down the road and is the only public beach on the island that features both a sandy ocean beach with waves, and a calm, freshwater pond. Guests can also access Lamberts Cove Beach, private West Tisbury town beach which is located on the north shore.

NOTE: Beach passes are required for Lamberts Cove Beach (ask Rental Agent for details). Long Point has admission and parking fees. Pets considered - if bringing a dog, a additional pet rent fee of $100/night required with additional security deposit. Landlord approval of dog size, weight and breed required.

OFF SEASON LONGER STAY: Specially priced month or longer rentals are available in the off-season (November - April). Please inquire.
