With its prime location, this house offers easy access to Eastville Beach and downtown Vineyard Haven, providing a perfect blend of coastal relaxation and convenient proximity to the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Plus there is a hot tub for end-of-the-day relaxation.

Capture the essence of coastal living with one of the many outdoor living spaces. One of the two lower-level decks hosts an inviting hot tub that seats four, where you can unwind while soaking in the mesmerizing sunset and ocean vista. The three remaining decked areas provide ample space for outdoor lounging and dining, each offering panoramic water views. These sweeping views can also be enjoyed from the outdoor stone patio, nestled beside the large backyard.

The Living and Entertaining spaces are all located on the second floor. The open design features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that flood the spaces with natural light. On one end of the space, there is a Living Area with sectional sofa seating, TV, and fireplace. The fully equipped Kitchen has high-end Thermador appliances and opens to the Dining Area. The indoor Dining Area is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and extensive views of the ferry traveling along the Vineyard Sound waterways. Sliding doors open to the decks for outdoor dining and entertaining.

The Beach House features four bedrooms, with two offering captivating water views. Three of the four bedrooms are situated on the first level, and share a full Bath. The Primary Bedroom is situated on the second floor. It enjoys sweeping water views plus a private en suite Bath. The extensive water views matched with the convenience of being close to Eastville Beach, and both downtown Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs, offer a refreshing coastal retreat experience.

NOTE: Hot tub is heated to 102 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. It is cleaned and maintained weekly. Additional heat surcharge of $125/week will apply at other times -- if the hot tub is open. Fireplace use is not available for renters.
