Water View Retreat With Pickleball And Sengekontacket Access

Tucked away on the shores of Wiggy's Pond, in the desirable Sengekontacket Community, this Water View Retreat serves of private association Pickleball and Tennis, as well water and dock access to Senge.

The house unfolds across three levels of living and entertaining space with water views in many locations. The first floor features an open design with Living, Dining, Sunroom, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has vaulted ceiling with beams, and seating around a brick fireplace on one end, and on the other end, the Sunroom with three walls of glass windows and doors that frame the water views.

From its hillside perch, there is a path the leads down to the water's edge of Wiggy's Pond, which is a fresh water pond (not connected to nearby Sengekontacket). The pond is good for swimming, kayaking or paddleboarding. Just down the road is the association's private Pickleball and Tennis courts. And just a bit further is the access to Sengekontacket with dock access.

From its convenient location, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, and Edgartown Village -- as well as several beaches -- are all about a 10-minute drive. The Bike Path is accessible at the end of the road.
