Sitting directly on the shores of Edgartown Harbor, this oceanside cottage enjoys stunning second-story water views across the harbor, and access to its own private harbor beach.

The house has a unique location with its front side facing the harbor and the rear side facing a large tidal pond behind the house. There are two bridge walkways that cross a canal that connects the pond to the harbor. The single-floor living spaces are all up on the second floor, with decks on both sides of the house. There are water views from most of the rooms in the house.

The open layout features Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, framed by two walls of glass windows and doors. The front of the house opens out to a large covered deck with sweeping water views across Edgartown Harbor out toward the lighthouse and on out to Katama Bay. Back inside, the Living Area has sofa and chair seating that looks out over the harbor, as does the Dining Area. The newly renovated Cook's Kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances, center prep island, farmer's sink, and breakfast bar. It opens to the back deck and enjoys pond water views.

A barn door off the Living Area opens to a private office/study that also enjoys those water views. There is Primary Bedroom with private en suite bath, plus a shared bath, and second Bedroom with bunks. 

There is a back patio with grilling area, and outdoor dining on the front deck. Edgartown Harbor is literally at the front steps. The owners will be clearing and improving the sandy ocean beach for the summer.
