The light-filled room opens out to both the front approach as well as the Pool area, and pergola-covered patio with the outdoor Living and Dining Areas.

The Living Area anchors one of the Great Room, with a massive stone fireplace, seating, Bar Area, TV, and a grand piano. The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and the Kitchen.
