Central Chilmark Getaway

Located near the Grey Barn Farm, this recently refreshed Chilmark Getaway offers modern style with central Chilmark convenience.

The single floor home features a sun-filled modern design. The Living Room has vaulted ceilings, sofa and chair seating with large screen TV, a stone fireplace, and sliding doors open out to a large back deck. The Dining Area sits between the Living Area and the Kitchen. It has comfortable seating for six. The Gourmet Kitchen has stainless appliances, and wood countertops.

The three Bedrooms and two Baths are just down the hall. The Primary Bedroom has its own private Office/Workspace. The large back mahogany deck has a Dining Table for six with umbrella.  There is also a pair of casual lounge chairs for relaxing. A separate Solo Fire Pit Area has Adirondack chairs. The garage has been converted into a fun Game Room with Ping Pong table, darts, TV, and sectional seating. 

From its central Chilmark location, the Grey Barn Farm, Alley's General Store, 7A, and the Grange Hall are a short drive away in one direction, and Lucy Vincent Beach is a short drive in the other direction. While you need a beach permit to access the beach, guests can obtain one from the town during their rental. There are also numerous walking and hiking trails nearby.
