There is a cabinet-fronted refrigerator, Wolf induction range and oven, thick white quartz counters, open shelving and custom cabinets, a coffee and beverage bar with wine refrigerator, plus a new separate pantry. Just past the Kitchen is a newly designed Powder Room with Laundry Area and a French door that opens out to the new back deck and outdoor shower. Across the hall, a new fourth Bedroom with day bed has been added.
The Primary Bedroom has its own private wing at the end of the hallway. It has a sitting area, large walk-in closet, and new en suite bath with double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and a French door that opens out to the back deck and outdoor shower. The other two Bedrooms are upstairs and share a new deluxe bath.
