There is seating around a large screen TV media center. The bright Dining Area has a wall of glass windows that overlook the backyard and patio. The Kitchen opens off the Dining Area. It has a wall of windows as well, that face the backyard. It is outfitted with stainless appliances, breakfast bar, and granite counters.
The first floor also has an Office/Study and all the Bedrooms. The Master has an en suite bath, and the other two Bedrooms share a full bath. There is a Media/Game Room on the lower level, with media center, seating, and game area. The back stone patio is set up with an outdoor Dining, Grilling, and Living Areas.
The Sailing Camp and Lagoon Pond access are within a couple of blocks.
