This nicely appointed house features a first-floor Living Room, Dining Room, and Chef Kitchen. The Living Room is anchored on one end by a fireplace and has sofa and chair seating. The Dining Room sits across from the Living Room. A set of French doors opens to the Kitchen.

The Cook's Kitchen has stainless appliances, quartz counters, and center prep island/breakfast bar with butcher block counter. French doors open to the large back deck for outdoor dining and grilling. There is also a first-floor TV/Media Room (with sleeper sofa) and Powder Room.

All four Bedrooms have their own private en suite baths. The Primary Bedroom has a private stairway and is located above the garage, on the second floor.
