The sun-filled home features a large Living Room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and multiple seating areas that are wrapped by three walls of glass windows. There is a media center with Apple TV and a Bose sound system.

The large Gourmet Kitchen has cooking island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and stainless appliances, including a wine refrigerator. A big bay window looks out over the pool area.

The Kitchen also opens to a bright Dining Area, and there is a sliding door that opens to the deck and pool area for outdoor dining and entertaining.

There is also a first floor Bedroom and full bath. The Primary Bedroom and the other two Bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary has its own private bath with glass walk-in shower.

The Lower Level has a Media/Game Room with large screen TV, lounge seating, a futon (convertible for additional sleeping space), plus a Game Area with ping pong table.

Quietly set on more than two acres, the private backyard is centered around the heated 20x40-foot pool. The Beach House offers easy convenience to both South Beach and downtown Edgartown. Both are about two miles away.

NOTE: Pool heated is to 81 degrees, June thru Labor Day. Heating is included during those rental times. All other rental periods will be an additional $250/week for pool heat. The Pool is closed after Labor Day.
